Rally Obedience

Rally is a fun competition sport for dogs, and can also be a great stepping-stone to more formal competitive obedience or other activities. In rally obedience, the dog and handler move at their own pace along a pre-set course, doing simple obedience exercises as directed at various stations along the way. This is a great way to strengthen your dog’s obedience skills while both of you have fun! Interested handlers and their dogs can also compete in AKC trials, if they wish.

Advanced Agility

At this level, dogs and handlers have mastered each of the individual obstacles (including full- height teeter and weave poles) and are able to run short-to-medium length sequences off-leash with turns, side-changes, etc. as needed.

The advanced class will focus on learning to run competition-level full courses, as well as advanced handling maneuvers with an emphasis on greater speed and precision.

Students are welcome to attend agility trials with us when their dogs are ready, or can opt to take the class purely for fun.
